Rep. Watch. Adapt.

Reps2Rise is your volleyball training lab where you do the rep, watch the instant replay, and learn from expert coaches and AI biomechanics.

Athlete training in the lab
How It Works

We teach athletes to watch and correct themselves.

Athlete mid-swing in a skill-bay

Rep

in a skill bay

Like a golf simulator but for volleyball. Each one is a video game focused on different skills where points reinforce great mechanics.

The Instant Replay

Visual feedback makes learning dramatically easier.

Adapt

from feedback

Expert coaches and AI biomechanics translate what the cameras see into changes you can make.

We Teach the Superpower of Self-Coaching.
Because the goal isn't a perfect rep... it's learning how to correct it yourself.
What We Bring

Young athletes need visual feedback. We solve that.

The Language

The Reps Manual

A universal language for teaching and learning volleyball skills. Steps, names, and verbal cues, authored by elite coaches.

The Tech

Bays, Cameras & Projectors

Cameras analyze every rep using an AI model built around The Language / Reps Manual. Projectors and large TVs help athletes visualize their action.

The Coaches

In Your Corner

A community of expert coaches you choose to be in your corner, teaching the Reps Manual in person or in the app. Our only goal is your rise.

FAQs
Who is Reps2Rise for?

Boys and girls, ages 10–18, beginner through elite.

  • Beginners learn great form early — the foundation of clean, repeatable feedback that makes progress fast and habits durable.
  • Elite players work toward mastery, and toward the ultimate status: self-coach. The athlete who doesn't need anyone to tell them what's off, because they already know.

Wherever your athlete is on that path, we meet them there.

How do I try it?

Sign up online in a couple of minutes — create your account, add your athlete, and sign the waiver so you're cleared to play before you ever walk in.

Then just come by during our hours: Fridays, 4–10 PM. No reservation needed — check in at the front, and your athlete starts in one bay and works through them all.

Will Reps2Rise conflict with my athlete's club team?

No — we're built as the perfect overlay and partner to club.

Club volleyball develops the team. Reps2Rise is universally focused on the individual. We already work with a number of great clubs whose coaches encourage their most motivated players to train with us — because an athlete who's internalizing better mechanics comes back to practice sharper, not distracted.

We don't take sides. Our only job is your athlete's rise.

How is Reps2Rise different from a private lesson or a clinic?

We help you find the reps that actually move your development forward.

  • Clinics are usually too generic — one drill, everyone in line, minimal individual feedback.
  • Private lessons are great when you can afford them and get on the coach's schedule — but they're expensive and hard to book.
  • Reps2Rise is different: every rep in our lab is thoughtful mechanics reinforced with instant replay and repeatable feedback, all born from The Language — the shared coaching vocabulary that keeps every coach, every camera, and every athlete on the same page.

Clinics and privates will always play a role. We deliver maximum feedback in the least amount of time.

Who are the coaches?

Experienced, high-caliber, motivated by one thing: helping your athlete rise.

Our typical coach is a former D1 player with real experience coaching young athletes — someone who's been through the game at the highest level and knows how to teach it. Every Reps2Rise coach speaks The Language — the same vocabulary and cues — so an athlete can work with any of our coaches and get consistent, non-contradictory feedback. No coaching whiplash.

What does a session actually look like?

Your athlete works through a series of skill-bays — think golf simulators, but built for volleyball. Each bay is a physical space combining cameras, a projected screen, and the room to actually swing. The camera watches what your athlete does, the software reads it, and the screen shows the feedback back to them in real time. It feels like a physical video game.

We use this setup to break every skill into progressive stages — each stage in its own bay, each stage coached.

Example — spiking (up to 5 skill-bays)
  1. Body rotation, learned by throwing a ball
  2. Same rotation, repeated while holding a volleyball
  3. Same motion — now on top of a box, hitting over a net
  4. Approach mechanics (footwork, timing)
  5. Full swing — hitting a ball launched or set by our machines

By the time your athlete reaches bay 5, the mechanics from bays 1–4 are already in the body. That's how internalization actually happens: broken into layers, coached at each one, then combined.

The practical stuff:

  • Session length: typically 1 hour. You can train up to 2 hours in a single day if you want more.
  • Parents: welcome to stay or drop off — your call, any age.
  • What to bring: gym shoes, water bottle, and kneepads (optional).
  • First time? Fill out the waiver and basic info on your phone — either at home before you arrive, or when you get here. Either way it's all done on your phone. If you're doing it on-site, just show up 15 minutes early.
What does it cost?

Two ways in:

  • Membership rate: as low as $23/hour
  • À la carte: $45/hour

That's a fraction of the per-hour cost of a typical private lesson — and every hour at Reps2Rise delivers 200+ scored reps with instant replay and coaching in The Language. More coached feedback, in less time, at a lower cost per rep than anywhere else.

The Point
Confidence.
Joy.
Independence.

No matter your stage, the goal is to play with ever more confidence. The joy of the game doesn't come from winning on Saturday (although that's fun). It comes from continued progress as you rise within yourself, within your team, within the sport.

About Us

Joy From Progress

We are volleyball players and volleyball fathers and have so much gratitude for what it brings us and our kids. Reps2Rise was born out of our coaching experience and noticing how little kids believe us when we tell them something! "No, I definitely did a shuffle step..." "No Andy, you didn't." :) So many other sports use kinematics to help visualize the kids and we just couldn't help ourselves from exploring this idea.
